We are a Rangefinder 30 Rising Star…

When we got the email from Rangefinder Magazine that we were amongst the amazing worldwide talent chosen for this list, our faces went numb. We both went to college reading Rangefinder. We flipped through the pages for years never guessing would never be noticed by such an authority in the photography world. We have never been so humbled and excited to be so wrong.

What more can we say? How can we even begin to thank the many people who have lifted us up over the years? Words are never enough, but it’s a start.

Thank you to our amazing couples. Your fearlessness, vulnerability and trust in us to document your weddings and elopements have pushed us to love harder and get better.

To our families who didn’t kick us out when they found out we were not only going to art school, we also wanted to be self employed. Your faith and support has made our business what it is today.

To our amazing photography friends and community. My word. How? Why? What have we ever done to deserve you all? When we decided to go full time, we put on our armor and prepared to defend ourselves against all the “competition” out there looking to put us out of business. Nothing could be further than the truth. We have a second family spread out all over the world, and we hope to the LORD we put in as much as we are given by you all.
